How do I order?

1. Review our product pages and decide which product best meets your requirements. Take a note of the product code.
2. If you require a formal price quotation before you order then use our Online Quotation link to request a quote. Fill out all relevant fields. Once submitted you will receive a response within 24 hours.
3. To make an order send an email to info@edgebanners.co.uk and include the following information:
   • Your name and your company name (if relevant)
   • Your contact telephone number
   • The Price Quotation number that we provided you (if relevant)
   • The product you wish to order (and relevant product code)
   • The dimensions that you require (if relevant)
   • The quantity you require
   • Any relevant options
   • Any other information you deem relevant
   • DO NOT FORGET TO ATTACH YOUR ARTWORK FILE(S).
4. Once we have received your order we will raise an invoice and contact you for payment.
5. Use our Online Payment link to settle the invoice.
6. After we have received your payment we will begin to produce your order. Depending upon the size of your order your order will be despatched 4-5 days after receipt of payment.

What is your delivery charge?

Colour banners, mesh banners and cut vinyl banners

For colour banners, mesh banners and cut vinyl banners we have a minimum delivery charge of £12.00 + VAT. Thereafter the delivery charge depends upon the total size of your order as detailed in the table below:

Roller banners and banner display systems

For roller banners and banner display systems our delivery charge is £17.50 + VAT per unit.

Can I negotiate a discount for a large quantity order?

Yes. We welcome any discussion involving large orders. We have the expertise and capacity to deal with very large corporate orders.

What are your artwork requirements?

For full colour banners, mesh banners and roller banners the following file formats are acceptable:

High resolution JPEG (minimum 300dpi), Adobe Illustrator (CS3 or below), Photoshop (7 or below), PDF, EPS or Corel Draw (9 or below). Files must be in PC format (and not for the Apple MAC).

When artwork is provided as a PDF, Adobe Illustrator or EPS file all text must be outlined and converted to paths to avoid problems with fonts.

A bleed of 25mm should be used when necessary.

For cut vinyl banners only vector art files are acceptable such as Adobe Illustrator (CS3 or below), EPS, PDF.

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to despatch your goods within 4-5 days from the time your payment has been made.

(Our new generation Inks and laminates require 48 hour drying time).

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We also deliver to mainland Europe.

Can I return the goods to you if I am not entirely satisfied?

If you return your goods to us within 7 days we will refund you 100% of the invoiced amount. No questions asked.
